Saberion was awarded the contract to develop a solution in order to record sales data on delivery by their sales representatives for the local market they cater to get better insights.

Project Objectives

The main goal of the system is to record sales delivery information to their existing ERP system.

The end users of the system would be the sales representatives who deliver the goods to the local market.


The Solution & Benefits

Saberion developed an android application that can be used by a portable table-PC.

The Hemas FMCG android app is designed to effectively manage the tasks of the Sales Representatives in the field. 

The key functionalities enabled by the application are:

  • Field order taking
  • Management of Point of Sales Materials (POSM)
  • Surveys and dealer maintenance.

Using the data gathered by sales representatives, it enables the possibility for Hemas to make faster decisions and make predictions on how much products to supply. Furthermore all data are recorded in an assorted manner where these could be used for forecasting future sales.
