Project Objectives

The main goal of the system is to record sales delivery information to their existing ERP system.

The main users of the system would be the sales representatives who deliver the goods to the local market.

The Hemas FMCG android app is designed to automate the tasks of the Sales Representatives in the field.

The key functionalities enabled by the application are field order taking, management of Point of Sales Materials (POSM), surveys and dealer maintenance.

As the sales representatives update the data in real time it is possible to make faster decisions and make predictions on how much products to supply. Furthermore all data are recorded in an assorted manner where these could be used for forecasting future sales.
